Exchanges, Returns and Cancellation Policy
We offer full refunds for defective items. You can exchange or return any item purchased that has been damaged in-transit or with manufacturing defects within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund - > You should have the receipt or proof of purchase for your product. > Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. > The product must be returned in original packaging (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories within)(if applicable) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
1. Exchanges or Returns for reasons other than defects are subject to the discretion of The Gem Museum Shop. However, any exchanges/ returns will be provided only under the following conditions - > Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. > Your item is in its original packaging as when it was delivered to you; and > Your item has the receipt or proof of purchase with it. 2. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns other than for defective items will be borne by you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. 3. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment is completed.
